Reviewing Next Year’s Course Requests in Parent Portal
All students have submitted their course requests for next school year. These requests have been uploaded to Parent Portal and will be viewable by students/parents from Monday, March 20th until Friday, March 31st. Starting next week, please login to Parent Portal and review your child’s classes requested. The listed courses in parent portal only show the students’ 1st choice requested classes (they will not include their alternate electives). Please be advised the following classes did not make so students’ alternate elective was inputted: Horticulture, Engineering Science, Principles of Hospitality, Art 1 3D Honors, Art and Media Communication, and Principles of Info Tech. If you see any errors or would like to request a change, please email your child’s counselor directly by March 31st. Follow the steps below for help.
Step 1: Login to Parent Portal Parent Portal Link
Step 2: Go to Student Registration Forms. Click the box that has the student’s name. On the next page there will be a box to click at the top that says, “View 2023-2024 Course Requests”.
If you need to make a correction or a change, please email your counselor using the following information: Kimberly Smith – (8th Grade Counselor) kimberly.smith3@pisd.edu
